CoverGirl Outlast Active Foundation:

Hey, Everyone Very Happy

This post I'm discussing CG Outlast Active Foundation. There is little about this foundation on CG site and there are only four reviews. I bought it last month but it was too dark so I exchanged it for a lighter color. The color I had was the second lightest cool color in Trublend - L 2, but in CG Active this color is dark.

So, the claims about this foundation are:

The product is a little runny but not much. I primed one side and used a sponge and no primer and a brush on the other side.

First applying

Primed and Sponge. Primer- CG Trublend Base Business

Zero Primer and Brush

This foundation is not matte and it's not like Trublend Matte Foundation. While not uncomfortable and sets quick, you can feel it. It's a soft feel, doesn't move or transfer but when touching my face it felt soft to the touch. It's not like the matte at all in feel or consistency and no pump right now.
I'm using it again with my sponge and see how it blends and if the feel is lighter.

Second time, brush and no primer.

Later, the foundation set and eye color is CG Roses Palette

I did not use primer on the other side to see what the foundation did. It did what the other side did, did not budge or transfer. I didn't set with powder either but left it all day. I did use some bronzer and blush but no setting spray and it did Well. It says it's for all skin types but it did not give a finish for it. I will be doing another review later for a more in-depth review.

For now though, Thumbs Up. Very Happy
