Hello, Everyone, I hope your day is going well. In this post, I'm discussing Loreal Infallible Pro-Last 24 Hr Wear. This product was the only non-liquid liner that was water-proof I could find at the time. First thing, I don't like the pencil as I prefer automatic pens. Pencils have to be sharpened and that uses the product while sharpening.
That said, I wore this with no makeup while testing. I decided to be making up free doing so.
This is the packaging.
The pencil is black and it's been sharpened a few times. The product is creamy and applies well.
It is supposed to be waterproof, 24 hrs, and suitable for the waterline.

While this did stay on the upper and lower lash line well, it did not stay on the waterline well.
So, if that is not a priority for you, then you will like this liner.
Personally, I won't buy this again. I will use the rest and that's it. I'm giving my approval because it did stay on the lashlines without a touch-up and its very easy to use.
